The invention discloses a large-braking-force spring oil cylinder brake structure. The large-braking-force spring oil cylinder brake structure comprises a brake box, a hydraulic supply device and a towing winch drum. According to the device, the left end of the driving arm is jacked upwards through the pre-tightening force of the spring, the driving arm rotates along the upper rotating base to tension the brake band, it is guaranteed that a towing winch drum is in a braking state, and when a brake needs to be released, power is provided for the brake oil cylinder through the hydraulic supply device to drive the piston of the brake oil cylinder to return; the hydraulic energy accumulator can be controlled to drive the brake oil cylinder and the emergency release winding drum through the pilot-operated type one-way valve and the high-pressure brake valve under the condition that a power source fails or is powered off, and when the winding drum is released, the brake oil cylinder and the emergency release winding drum can be driven through the tension spring between the support plate and the brake band. And the upper half part of the annular structure of the brake band is lifted to prevent the upper part of the brake band from still contacting with the reel when the brake is released, so that the reel is released freely.

    本发明公开了大制动力弹簧油缸刹车结构,包括制动箱、液压提供装置以及拖缆绞车卷筒。本发明,依靠弹簧的预紧力将驱动臂左端向上顶起,通过驱动臂沿着上转动座转动将刹车带拉紧,保证拖缆绞车卷筒处于制动状态,需要松开刹车时,通过液压提供装置提供动力到制动油缸,带动制动油缸的活塞退回,带动驱动臂左端向下移动,从而将刹车带松开,设置的液压蓄能器,可在动力源失效时或者断电的情况下,通过先导式单向阀、高压制动阀,控制液压蓄能器驱动制动油缸,应急释放卷筒,释放卷筒时,通过支架板与刹车带之间的拉簧,将刹车带环状结构的上半部分提起,避免松开刹车时刹车带上部分仍与卷筒接触,使得卷筒释放自如。
