A two-way overflow valve and a two-position four-way reversing valve are arranged between the first pipeline and the second pipeline, and the two-way overflow valve is close to the control oil cylinder. The controller is electrically connected with the two-way overflow valve, the two-position two-way reversing valve and the two-position four-way reversing valve.
