The invention relates to a moped torque compensation method and device, a moped and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that all crank angles of a crank of the moped in the movement process are obtained; determining a crank angle change period according to the crank angle; the torque compensation value of the driving motor of the moped is determined according to the crank angle change period, in the crank angle change period, the torque of the crank is increased and then decreased, and the torque compensation value is decreased and then increased. By the adoption of the method, the crank torque can be compensated according to the torque compensation value, so that the input torque is stable, and it is guaranteed that electric output power of the moped is stable.
