The invention discloses a space environment simulator for a multi-sample thermal vacuum test, and relates to the field of spacecraft thermal environment test simulation devices.The space environment simulator comprises a box body and a box door, heat sink plates are laid on the inner wall of the box body and the inner wall of the box door, and a plurality of transverse heat sink partition plates and a plurality of vertical heat sink partition plates are arranged in the box body; the internal space of the box body is divided into a plurality of sample spaces by the plurality of transverse heat sink partition plates and the plurality of vertical heat sink partition plates; a loading platform and heating equipment are arranged in each sample space; liquid nitrogen pipelines are arranged in the heat sink plate, the transverse heat sink partition plates and the vertical heat sink partition plates, and the liquid nitrogen pipelines are connected with a liquid nitrogen storage tank located on the outer side of the box body through pipelines. According to the invention, the space in the box body is divided into a plurality of sample spaces with independent temperatures through the transverse heat sink partition plates and the vertical heat sink partition plates, so that the temperature control in each sample space is relatively independent, the mutual influence of temperature adjustment in the spaces where products are located can be eliminated, and the test cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种用于多试样热真空试验的空间环境模拟器,涉及航天器热环境试验模拟装置领域,包括箱体和箱门,箱体和箱门的内壁上均铺设有热沉板,箱体内设置有若干横向热沉隔板和若干竖向热沉隔板,若干横向热沉隔板和若干竖向热沉隔板将箱体的内部空间分隔为若干试样空间;若干试样空间内均设置有载物平台和加热设备;热沉板、若干横向热沉隔板和若干竖向热沉隔板的内部均设置有液氮管路,若干液氮管路分别通过管道与位于箱体外侧的液氮储槽连接。本发明通过将箱体内空间通过横向热沉隔板和竖向热沉隔板分为数个温度独立的试样空间,使每个试样空间内的温度控制相对独立,能消除产品之间所在空间进行温度调节的相互影响,节约了试验的成本。
