The invention provides a single-engine unmanned tilt rotorcraft wing inner transmission structure, and relates to the technical field of transmission, the transmission structure comprises: a first transmission member, the first transmission member is used for being rotatably connected to a middle position of a wing structure of a tilt rotorcraft, and the first transmission member can be connected to an output end of an engine of the tilt rotorcraft; one ends of the two second transmission parts are flexibly connected with the two ends of the first transmission part correspondingly, the two second transmission parts are used for being rotationally connected to the two sides of the wing structure correspondingly, and the other ends of the two second transmission parts are flexibly connected with the input ends of two wingtip speed reducers of the tilting rotorcraft correspondingly; the second transmission part comprises a plurality of wing section transmission shafts, and every two adjacent wing section transmission shafts are flexibly connected; compared with an integral transmission shaft, the slenderness ratio of the split type multi-wing-section transmission shaft is greatly reduced, the dynamics problem of the transmission shaft is reduced, the design difficulty and the machining cost of the transmission shaft are reduced, and possibility is provided for low-cost application of the unmanned tilting rotorcraft.

    本发明提供一种单发无人倾转旋翼机机翼内传动结构,涉及传动技术领域,该传动结构包括:第一传动件,第一传动件用于转动连接在倾转旋翼机的机翼结构中部位置,第一传动件能够与倾转旋翼机的发动机的输出端连接;两第二传动件,两第二传动件的一端分别与第一传动件的两端柔性连接,两第二传动件分别用于转动连接在机翼结构的两侧位置,两第二传动件的另一端分别与倾转旋翼机的两翼梢减速器的输入端柔性连接;第二传动件包括多个翼段传动轴,相邻两翼段传动轴柔性连接;分体式的多个翼段传动轴的长细比相比整体式传动轴大幅下降,减少了传动轴的动力学问题,降低了传动轴的设计难度和加工成本,为无人倾转旋翼机的低成本化应用提供了可能。
