本发明提出一种电机内置于矿用提升机卷筒内部的整体式传动轴系,包括卷筒、穿设于卷筒左端的左固定轴、穿设于卷筒右端的右固定轴、位于卷筒内部的电机、过渡齿套、连接轴、行星减速器、过渡卷筒和传力法兰;所述过渡齿套左端与电机的输出轴键连接,过渡齿套的右端具有内齿圈;所述的太阳轮轴穿设在连接轴内,太阳轮轴左端设有外齿圈,所述外齿圈与过渡齿套的内齿圈相啮合。本发明合理的控制了太阳轮轴与连接轴的同轴度,通过改变电机输出轴与太阳轮轴的连接方式,以过渡齿套与齿圈啮合的驱动方式,消除了电机输出轴与行星架中心孔不同轴所产生的问题,降低了行星减速机的磨合周期,提高了设备运行寿命。
