The invention discloses a hoisting mechanism which comprises a mounting seat and a hoisting shaft, a gear motor is mounted on the mounting seat, an output shaft of the gear motor is in transmission connection with the hoisting shaft, a winding drum for winding a steel wire rope is arranged on the hoisting shaft, and the output shaft and the hoisting shaft are connected with a torque transmission device capable of disconnecting transmission of the output shaft and the hoisting shaft. A coil spring used for enabling the steel wire rope to keep tensile force is coaxially arranged on the winding shaft, the inner end of the coil spring is connected with the winding shaft, and the outer end of the coil spring is connected with the installation base. When the hoisting mechanism walks along with the cleaning robot, the torque transmission device is started, transmission connection between the output shaft and the hoisting shaft is cut off, when connection is cut off, torque transmission between the output shaft of the motor and the hoisting shaft is cut off, the hoisting shaft provides constant tension for the steel wire rope under the action of the torsion spring, the steel wire rope is kept tensioned, and therefore the cleaning robot is protected. Conditions of disordered winding, groove separation and the like of the steel wire rope in the hoisting mechanism under the non-load working condition are avoided, and therefore normal operation of the hoisting mechanism is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种卷扬机构,包括安装座和卷扬轴,安装座上安装有减速电机,减速电机的输出轴与卷扬轴传动连接,卷扬轴上设有缠绕钢丝绳的卷筒,输出轴与卷扬轴连接有能使输出轴与卷扬轴断开传动的扭矩传递装置,卷扬轴上同轴设有用于使钢丝绳保持张紧力的卷簧,卷簧的内端与卷扬轴连接,卷簧的外端与安装座连接。本发明在卷扬机构跟随清洁机器人行走时,扭矩传递装置启动并断开输出轴与卷扬轴之间的传动连接,在断开连接时,电机输出轴与卷扬之间的扭矩传递断开,卷扬轴在扭簧的作用下,提供给钢丝绳一个较的恒定拉力,保持钢丝绳张紧,避免了卷扬机构内部钢丝绳在无负载工况下的绕线混乱、脱槽等情况,从而保障卷扬机构的正常运转。
