The embodiment of the invention provides a steel wire rope multiplying power detection method and device, hoisting equipment and a processor. The detection method is applied to the hoisting equipment, the hoisting equipment comprises an arm support, the image acquisition equipment is installed at the tail end of the arm support, and the detection method comprises the steps that a hook image of the hoisting equipment is obtained through the image acquisition equipment, and the outer contour of a pulley in the hook image, a fitting area where the pulley is located and a rope area corresponding to a steel wire rope are determined; the rope region includes a plurality of rope sub-regions. And dividing the fitting region into a plurality of pulley sub-regions, and determining a target pulley sub-region where each adjacent point is located based on each rope sub-region and the adjacent point of the outer contour of the pulley in the hook image so as to determine the target pulley sub-region corresponding to each rope sub-region. And then the number of steel wire ropes in each rope sub-area is calculated, and the steel wire rope multiplying power of the hoisting equipment is determined according to the steel wire rope multiplying power of the rope sub-area corresponding to each target pulley sub-area. Based on image processing of the lifting hook image, automatic identification of the multiplying power of the steel wire rope can be realized, and the detection accuracy is improved.

    本申请实施例提供一种钢丝绳倍率的检测方法、装置、吊装设备及处理器。检测方法应用于吊装设备,吊装设备包括臂架,图像采集设备安装于臂架的末端,检测方法包括:通过图像采集设备获取吊装设备的吊钩图像,确定吊钩图像中滑轮的外轮廓、滑轮所在的拟合区域和钢丝绳对应的绳索区域,绳索区域包括多个绳索子区域。将拟合区域划分为多个滑轮子区域,基于每个绳索子区域与吊钩图像中滑轮的外轮廓的邻近点,从而确定每个邻近点所在的目标滑轮子区域,以确定与每个绳索子区域对应的目标滑轮子区域。再计算出每个绳索子区域的钢丝绳数量,根据与每个目标滑轮子区域对应的绳索子区域的钢丝绳倍率,从而确定吊装设备的钢丝绳倍率。基于对吊钩图像的图像处理,可以实现钢丝绳倍率的自动识别,提高了检测的准确性。
