The invention relates to the technical field of new energy battery testing, in particular to a hydrogen fuel cell cooling system structure. Comprising a main cooling circulation module, a measuring module, a combustion battery engine and an auxiliary main cooling circulation module, the combustion battery engine is communicated with the main cooling circulation module and the auxiliary main cooling circulation module, and the measuring module is electrically connected with the combustion battery engine. The main cooling circulation module comprises a main water supplementing tank, a first pressure sensor, a first filter, a flow meter, a first normally-closed electromagnetic valve, a second pressure sensor and a first radiator, and the auxiliary main cooling circulation module comprises a third pressure sensor, a second filter, a water supplementing pump, a second radiator, a second normally-closed electromagnetic valve and an auxiliary water supplementing tank. The two cooling loops of the main cooling circulation module and the auxiliary cooling circulation module are adopted, so that the defect of cooling and heat dissipation requirements of a single loop is overcome, and the effect of meeting the heat dissipation requirements during real-time monitoring and testing of the fuel cell stack can be achieved.

    本发明涉及新能源电池测试技术领域,具体涉及一种氢燃料电池冷却系统结构;包括主冷却循环模块、测量模块、燃烧电池发动机和辅助主冷却循环模块,燃烧电池发动机分别与主冷却循环模块和辅助主冷却循环模块相连通,测量模块与燃烧电池发动机电性连接,主冷却循环模块包括主补水箱、第一压力传感器、第一过滤器、流量计、第一常闭电磁阀、第二压力传感器和第一散热器,辅助主冷却循环模块包括第三压力传感器、第二过滤器、补水泵、第二散热器、第二常闭电磁阀和辅助补水箱,通过采用主冷却循环模块和辅助主冷却循环模块两个冷却回路,弥补单回路冷却散热要求的不足,能够获得在燃料电池电堆实时监测和测试时满足散热要求的效果。
