The invention provides a limp running method and system for a new energy power automobile with low electric quantity in winter, and the method comprises the steps: entering an automobile limp mode when a motor controller receives a limp mode starting signal sent by a whole automobile controller; the motor controller controls the generator and the driving motor to perform torque control through a torque ring; and the motor controller calculates the bus current of the driving motor according to the actual rotating speed and the actual torque of the driving motor, and requests the DCDC current, the current of the high-voltage air conditioner and the trickle current from the whole vehicle controller, so that the required current of the generator is calculated. The actual rotating speed and the actual torque of the generator are obtained in real time so as to calculate the bus current of the generator, and the bus current of the generator is used as a feedback value to perform PID control on the required current of the generator so as to perform closed-loop control on the current of the generator; limp running of the vehicle under the states of running a high-voltage air conditioner and maintaining a low-voltage storage battery is realized.

    本发明提供了一种新能源动力汽车冬季低电量的跛行运行方法及系统,电机控制器接收到整车控制器发出的跛行模式开启信号时,进入车辆跛行模式;电机控制器控制发电机和驱动电机分别以扭矩环进行扭矩控制;电机控制器根据驱动电机的实际转速和实际扭矩计算得到驱动电机的母线电流,向整车控制器请求DCDC电流、高压空调的电流和涓流电流,从而计算发电机的需求电流。并且实时获取发电机的实际转速和实际扭矩从而计算发电机的母线电流,以发电机的母线电流作为反馈值,对发电机的需求电流进行PID控制从而对发电机的电流进行闭环控制,实现车辆在运行高压空调和维持低压蓄电池的状态下跛行运行。
