The invention relates to a control method and system for reducing the starting shaking degree of an automobile. The method specifically comprises the steps that unit torque is applied in the rotating direction around a crankshaft; the displacement of the power assembly at six degrees of freedom under the action of the mass matrix is calculated, and a torque axis is obtained; calculating the displacement of six degrees of freedom of the suspension system under the action of the stiffness matrix, and obtaining an elastic shaft; whether the included angle between the elastic shaft and the torque shaft is smaller than a rated value or not is judged, and if not, the position and rigidity of the suspension system are adjusted. According to the method, the unit excitation around the crankshaft direction is applied to the mass center of the power system, and the torque shaft, only doing inertial motion, of the power assembly and the elastic shaft, only doing elastic motion under the constraint of the suspension elastic system are calculated. The motion characteristics of the power assembly under the joint constraint of the position and rigidity of the suspension system are comprehensively reflected, the accuracy of judging whether starting jitter is generated or not is improved, and the judgment precision is improved.

    本发明涉及一种降低汽车启动抖动程度的控制方法及系统,所述方法具体为:在绕曲轴旋转方向上施加单位力矩;计算动力总成在质量矩阵作用下的6个自由度的位移,并获得扭矩轴;计算悬置系统在刚度矩阵作用下的6个自由度的位移,并获得弹性轴;判断弹性轴和扭矩轴的夹角是否满足小于额定值,若不满足,则调整悬置系统的位置和刚度。本发明通过动力系统质心处施加绕曲轴方向的单位激励,计算动力总成仅作惯性运动的扭矩轴,和仅在悬置弹性系统约束下作弹性运动的弹性轴,相比较于现有技术,本发明结合悬置的影响,全面反应动力总成在悬置系统位置及刚度共同约束下的运动特征,增加了判断是否产生启动抖动的准确性,有利于提高判断精度。
