The invention relates to a hybrid power tandem type propulsion system of an unmanned surface vehicle and a switching control method, the propulsion system comprises propulsion devices and a propulsion monitoring system, the propulsion devices are arranged in a tandem manner to realize transmission connection, and the propulsion devices comprise a diesel engine, a gear box, a motor, a thrust bearing, a shaft system and a propeller which are sequentially arranged in the direction from a bow to a stern; the propulsion monitoring system comprises a central monitoring station, a control box and a power management system. According to the propelling system, the unmanned ship meets the high-low navigational speed requirements, the diesel engine is adopted as a power source for propelling under the high-speed working condition, the motor is adopted as a power source for propelling under the low-speed working condition, and the requirement for keeping low-speed navigation for a long time is met; the propulsion monitoring system automatically controls the diesel engine, the propulsion motor and the gearbox, switching of the propulsion modes is achieved, the control complexity of the remote console is simplified, the adverse effect of communication delay on the switching of the propulsion modes is avoided, and the state switching efficiency of the propulsion modes of the unmanned ship is improved.

    本发明涉及水面无人艇混合动力串联式推进系统及切换控制方法,该推进系统包括推进装置和推进监控系统,推进装置采用串联方式布置实现传动连接,包括自船艏至船艉方向依次设置的柴油机、齿轮箱、电机、推力轴承、轴系及螺旋桨;推进监控系统,包括中央监控站、控制箱、功率管理系统。本发明推进系统使无人艇兼顾高低航速要求,实现在高速工况下采用柴油机作为动力源推进,在低速工况下采用电机作为动力源推进,满足长时间保持低速航行的要求;推进监控系统自动对柴油机、推进电机及齿轮箱进行控制,实现推进模式的切换,简化了远程控制台控制的复杂程度,避免通信延迟对推进模式切换带来的不利影响,提高了无人艇推进模式状态切换的效率。
