The invention discloses an intelligent control method and an intelligent linkage control device for an escalator, and relates to the field of escalators. A voltage type digital signal corresponding to a temperature sensor is obtained through the intelligent linkage control device for the escalator and is sent to an MCS escalator controller; a preset speed control instruction corresponding to the voltage type digital signal is selected through the MCS escalator controller by means of a preset judgment process and continuously output to the escalator driving frequency converter, and the running speed of a motor in the motor module is controlled through the escalator driving frequency converter by means of the preset speed control instruction. The speed of the escalator is controlled based on signals collected by the temperature sensor, and linkage control over the sensor and the escalator is achieved.
本发明公开了一种用于自动扶梯的智能控制方法与智能联动控制装置,涉及自动扶梯领域,通过自动扶梯智能联动控制装置得到温度传感器对应的电压型数字信号,并发送至MCS扶梯控制器,通过MCS扶梯控制器利用预设判断流程选择电压型数字信号对应的预设速度控制指令,并持续输出至扶梯驱动变频器,通过扶梯驱动变频器利用预设速度控制指令控制电机模块中电机的运行速度,其基于温度传感器的采集信号对自动扶梯进行速度控制,实现了对传感器与自动扶梯的联动控制。
