The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, and provides a pre-refueling mode control method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that it is determined that a range extender of a vehicle is in an on state, and the temperature of cooling liquid in an engine cooling loop is obtained; if the temperature of the cooling liquid is larger than a first temperature threshold value, and the duration that the temperature of the cooling liquid is larger than the first temperature threshold value is larger than a duration threshold value, the condition of starting the pre-refueling mode is met, and the first temperature threshold value is the highest safety temperature of the cooling liquid; and in response to the condition of starting the pre-refueling mode, after a starting instruction of the pre-refueling mode is received, the pre-refueling mode is entered, the pre-refueling mode comprises stopping operation of the engine and reducing the temperature of the cooling liquid through the cooling loop, and the starting instruction is used for indicating starting of the pre-refueling mode. According to the method provided by the invention, the cooling liquid in the engine cooling loop can be cooled in the pre-refueling mode, so that when the vehicle executes the refueling mode, the refueling port cover can be directly opened for refueling.
