The invention belongs to the technical field of liquid rockets, and particularly relates to an offshore launching liquid rocket propellant filling oscillation dynamic stabilizing device which comprises a spherical tank for storing propellants, inlet and outlet pipelines with valves are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the spherical tank, and a holding ring matched with the outer surface of the spherical tank is arranged on the outer surface of the middle of the spherical tank. Supporting legs supporting outwards are fixedly installed on the outer surfaces of the embracing rings, and balls in rolling connection with the outer surface of the spherical tank are arranged on the inner walls of the embracing rings. According to the dynamic oscillation stabilizing device for propellant filling of the marine launching liquid rocket, a spherical tank filled with a propellant can be placed on the supporting legs in an overhead mode, the problem that the spherical tank shakes along with a ship after the spherical tank is directly installed on the ship can be avoided, by arranging an arc-shaped buffering mechanism, on one hand, sudden shaking of the spherical tank can be prevented, and on the other hand, the stability of the spherical tank is improved; and on the other hand, the problem that the propellants are driven to greatly shake together when the spherical tank suddenly returns after the shaking amplitude of the spherical tank is too large can be prevented.

    本发明属于液体火箭技术领域,尤其是一种海上发射液体火箭加注推进剂晃荡动态稳定装置,包括存储推进剂的球罐,所述球罐的上下两端设有装有阀门的进出管路,所述球罐的中部外表面设有与所述球罐外表面相适配的抱环,所述抱环的外表面固定安装有向外支撑的支撑腿,所述抱环的内壁设有与所述球罐外表面滚动连接的滚珠。该海上发射液体火箭加注推进剂晃荡动态稳定装置,能够将装有推进剂的球罐架空放在支撑腿上,能够避免直接安装在舰船上后,球罐会随舰船一起晃动的问题,通过设置弧形缓冲机构,一方面能够防止球罐突然的晃动,另一方面能够防止球罐晃动幅度太大后,球罐突然回位时带动推进剂一起出现大的晃动的问题。
