本发明提供一种轨道升降机的自身误差校准方法,涉及自动控制技术领域,包括以下步骤:设置第一对比轨道和第二对比轨道;获取标准轨道高度,通过升降机升降使得标准轨道升降至第一预定高度;驱动标准轨道调整若干个单位高度直至标准轨道与第一对比轨道平齐,记录第一次调整值;通过升降机使得标准轨道升降至第二预定高度;驱动标准轨道调整若干个单位高度直至标准轨道与第二对比轨道平齐,记录第二次调整值;计算升降机误差并修正。本发明通过设置对比轨道对升降机进行自检,获取升降机误差,并通过该误差对升降机的使用进行修正,确保升降机后续使用的准确有效,保证了标准轨道在检测过程中准确性。
