The invention relates to a charging bow charging system and method based on machine vision localization, the system comprises a charging bow, an image acquisition device and a control unit, and the control unit comprises a vision localization module, a path calculation module, a movement auxiliary module and a connection control module. The actual position information of the to-be-charged vehicle is obtained through the visual positioning module according to the top view image of the vehicle roof, then the moving path data is obtained through the path calculation module, and then the moving auxiliary signal is sent through the moving auxiliary module according to the moving path data so as to assist in driving the to-be-charged vehicle to move to the automatic charging range of the charging bow. And finally, the charging bow is driven by the connection control module to act to be connected with the power receiving bar of the to-be-charged vehicle, and charging is started. Compared with the prior art, auxiliary positioning of the vehicle can be completed, the problem that positioning operation is difficult due to the fact that the vehicle body is large is solved, the convenience degree of using the charging bow is greatly improved, and the charging process is more convenient.

    本发明涉及一种基于机器视觉定位的充电弓充电系统及充电方法,其中系统包括充电弓、图像获取装置和控制单元,控制单元包括视觉定位模块、路径计算模块、移动辅助模块和连接控制模块,通过视觉定位模块根据车顶俯视图像得到待充电车辆的实际位置信息,再通过路径计算模块得到移动路径数据,然后通过移动辅助模块根据移动路径数据发送移动辅助信号,以辅助驱动待充电车辆移动至充电弓的自动充电范围内,最后通过连接控制模块驱动充电弓动作与待充电车辆的受电排连接,并开始充电。相比于现有技术,本发明能够完成车辆的辅助定位,解决了因车体较大导致的定位操作困难的问题,极大地提高了使用充电弓的便捷程度,使充电过程更加方便。
