The invention discloses a brake management system suitable for medium and heavy trucks. The brake management system comprises an electronic brake system; the electronic brake system includes: a controller; the controller comprises a delimiting module used for setting a plurality of numerical interval sections of the required deceleration; the obtaining module is used for obtaining the required deceleration under the current whole vehicle load; and the braking mode selection module is used for determining a braking mode according to the numerical interval section where the required deceleration is located. The invention further discloses a brake management method suitable for the medium and heavy trucks, an auxiliary brake mode is preferentially called to the maximum degree under any driving working condition by directly stepping on a service brake pedal, the defects of a traditional commercial vehicle are overcome, and the situation that in the braking process, a driver forgets to pull a retarder handle and cannot better utilize auxiliary brake is avoided; the friction plate is suitable for any working condition, the service life of the friction plate is greatly prolonged, and the braking comfort and the braking safety are basically consistent with those of electric control braking.

    本发明公开一种适用于中重卡车的制动管理系统,包括:电子制动系统;电子制动系统包括:控制器;控制器包括:划定模块,用于设定需求减速度的若干数值区间段;获取模块,用于获取当前整车载荷下的需求减速度;制动方式选取模块,用于根据需求减速度所在的数值区间段确定制动方式。本发明还公开一种适用于中重卡车的制动管理方法,通过直接踩踏行车制动踏板,在任何行驶工况最大化的优先调用辅助制动方式,解决了传统商用车的弊端,避免在制动过程中司机忘记拨缓速器手柄而不能更好的利用辅助制动,其次,本发明适用于任何工况,极大地增加了摩擦片的使用寿命,且制动舒适性和制动安全性同电控制动基本一致。
