The embodiment of the invention discloses an offshore wind power generation method and an offshore wind power generation ship, and relates to the technical field of wind power generation. Controlling the offshore wind power generation ship to travel to a target area with concentrated wind energy based on the offshore meteorological data; and the wind speed of the position where the offshore wind power generation ship is located is monitored, and when the wind speed is within the preset working wind speed range, a power generation device on the offshore wind power generation ship is started for power generation. According to the embodiment of the invention, the offshore wind power generation ship can be used for tracking ultra-strong sea wind weather including typhoon according to the offshore meteorological data, so that when the wind speed is within the preset working wind speed range, the power generation device is started to generate power, the power is stored through the storage battery module, and then power is supplied to islands or coastal cities. According to the offshore wind power generation ship, power generation is conducted under the ultra-strong sea wind weather such as typhoon, and when the wind speed is within the working wind speed range of the ship-borne power generation device, the offshore wind power generation ship can go out of the sea for power generation.

    本发明实施例公开了一种海上风力发电方法和海上风力发电船,涉及风力发电技术领域,该方法包括:接收海上气象数据;基于海上气象数据控制海上风力发电船行驶至风能集中的目标区域;监测海上风力发电船所在位置的风速,当风速在预设工作风速范围内时,启动海上风力发电船上的发电装置进行发电。本发明实施例可以使用海上风力发电船根据海上气象数据来追踪包含台风在内的超强海风天气,从而当风速在预设工作风速范围时,启动发电装置进行发电,并通过蓄电池模块进行储存,随后向海岛或沿海城市进行供电。本发明专利除了在台风等超强海风天气下进行发电,当风速处于船载发电装置工作风速范围内时,本海上风力发电船均可出海进行发电。
