The invention is suitable for the technical field of automobiles, and provides a vehicle charging indication method, a server, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a system, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a first remaining electric quantity and a first endurance mileage sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal of a vehicle; if the first residual electric quantity is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value and the first endurance mileage is smaller than or equal to a second threshold value, obtaining current position information of the vehicle; determining a charging place matched with the vehicle according to the current position information; and sending the charging place to a vehicle-mounted terminal and/or a terminal device used by a driver of the vehicle. Compared with the prior art, according to the method, whether the vehicle needs to be charged or not needs to be judged by combining the first residual electric quantity and the first endurance mileage sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the risk that the vehicle cannot arrive at a charging site in time for charging is reduced, and the charging success rate is increased.
