The invention discloses an outdoor unpowered underwater observation device and an observation method thereof.The observation device comprises a lower mirror barrel, the lower end of a barrel body of the lower mirror barrel is open, and the lower mirror barrel submerges and floats below the water surface through a bottom adjustable air cavity; the lower end of the upper mirror barrel penetrates through the overhead plank road paving plane, and the upper mirror barrel and the lower mirror barrel are in sliding connection through a vertical sliding rail pair; the first height lifting adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the relative height among the upper mirror barrel, the lower mirror barrel and the overhead plank road paving plane; the second height lifting adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the submerging depth of the lower lens barrel in water; a horizontal rotating mechanism is also arranged between the outer wall of the upper mirror barrel and the paving plane of the overhead plank road; and the horizontal rotating mechanism is used for adjusting a horizontal observation angle. The invention provides a multi-angle and multi-height underwater observation device which can meet the requirements of people of different heights and ages for multi-angle and multi-height underwater observation without installing any electronic equipment, and is easy to maintain and low in manufacturing cost.

    本发明公开了一种户外无动力水下观测装置及其观测方法,观测装置包括下镜桶,其桶体下端开口设置,通过底部可调节空气腔潜浮于水面以下;上镜桶,下端穿过所述架空栈道铺装平面,上镜桶与所述下镜桶之间通过竖向滑轨副滑动连接;第一高度升降调节机构,用于调节所述上镜桶、下镜桶和架空栈道铺装平面之间的相对高度;第二高度升降调节机构,用于调节所述下镜桶在水中潜浮深度;所述上镜桶的桶外壁与所述架空栈道铺装平面之间还设有水平旋转机构,水平旋转机构用于调节水平观测角。本发明提供一种无需安装任何电子设备就能满足不同身高、年龄人群进行多角度,多高度的水下观测装置,易于维护且造价低廉。
