The invention discloses a highway vehicle speed prediction method based on ETC door frame data, and the method comprises the steps: collecting and obtaining the ETC door frame data, and carrying out the sorting of the ETC door frame data according to the transaction time according to the highway network topology, and forming a space-time OD data set; interpolation is carried out on missing data of part of the tracks to obtain vehicle running time of each section, and anomaly detection is carried out by using a vehicle passing time anomaly value detection algorithm to construct a section speed data set; performing multi-scale wavelet decomposition and reconstruction on the section speed time sequence data to obtain a section speed after single-branch reconstruction, capturing spatial feature information of the section speed by using a GCN (Graph Convolution Network), and capturing time feature information of the section speed by using a GRU (Gate Recirculation Unit); and outputting the numerical sum of the predicted values of each reconstructed single branch sequence to obtain an overall speed prediction result considering the spatial-temporal characteristics. According to the method, the GCN and the GRU are combined, and the spatial features of the nodes and the time sequence features of the nodes are considered, so that the prediction result is better improved.

    本发明公开一种基于ETC门架数据的高速公路车辆速度预测方法,采集获取ETC门架数据,根据高速公路路网拓扑对ETC门架数据按交易时间进行排序形成时空OD数据集;在对部分轨迹的缺失数据进行插值后得到各区段的车辆行驶时间,并利用车辆通行时间异常值检测算法进行异常检测,以构建区段速度数据集;将区段速度时间序列数据采用多尺度小波分解和重构得到单分支重构后的区段速度,利用图卷积网络GCN捕捉区段速度的空间特征信息,并利用门控循环单元GRU捕获区段速度的时间特征信息;输出每个重构单分支序列的预测值的数值总和,得到考虑时空特征的整体速度预测结果。本发明将GCN与GRU结合起来,考虑到节点的空间特征以及节点的时间序列特征,以更好地改进预测结果。
