The invention relates to a flight time management method, in particular to a flight time daily coordination fine management method. Comprising the following steps: a, establishing a basic database with limiting conditions for all flight plans; b, when a newly added flight plan exists, adjusting the flight sorting sequence to generate an adjusted sorting sequence; c, judging whether a newly added flight plan passes through a flow control point or not; d, when passing through the flow control point, matching a limiting condition of the flow control point; e, according to the limiting condition of the flow control point, calculating the time of each flight plan reaching the flow control point according to the take-off time of the basic database, and further obtaining the flight time of each flight plan reaching the flow control point; f, judging whether a limit time interval of the flow control point is met or not; g, judging whether the newly added flight plan meets the constraint condition of the landing airport or not; and h, if all the conditions are met, the newly added flight plan is feasible.
本发明涉及一种航班时刻管理方法,尤其涉及一种航班时刻日常协调精细化管理方法。包括步骤如下:a、先将所有航班计划建立具有限制条件的基础数据库;b、当有新加入的航班计划时,对航班排序序列进行调整生成调整后的排序序列;c、对新加入的航班计划判断是否经过流量控制点;d、经过流量控制点时,匹配该流量控制点的限制条件;e、符合流量控制点的限制条件,根据基础数据库起飞时刻,计算出每个航班计划达到流量控制点的时间,进而得到每个航班计划达到流量控制点的飞行时刻;f、再判断是否符合流量控制点的限制时间区间;g、再判断新加入的航班计划是否符合落地机场的约束条件;h、若全部满足则新加入的航班计划可行。
