The invention discloses a large-caliber prefabricated tubular component hoisting device and method, the device comprises a bearing plate, a supporting rod, a hoisting beam and a hoisting tool, and the method comprises the steps that the hoisting tool of hoisting equipment is connected with an upper hoisting lug of the hoisting beam through a rope; the hoisting beam is hoisted to the position over the large-diameter prefabricated tubular component through hoisting equipment; a plurality of ropes are connected to rope connecting parts at the two ends of each rotating shaft of the bearing plate in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the bearing plate penetrates through the large-diameter prefabricated tubular component, and the bearing plate is attached to the inner wall of the large-diameter prefabricated tubular component by curling the circular pipes on the base plates and the rotating shafts in the base plates along the sides where the circular pipes are located; supporting rods are clamped between the supporting connecting parts at the ends between the rotating shafts on the two sides of the bearing plate; the ropes on the two sides of the bearing plate are connected to the lower lifting lugs of the lifting beams on the sides where the ropes are located; lifting equipment lifts the supported large-diameter prefabricated tubular component to a preset position through the device. The hoisting device is high in hoisting efficiency and good in stability.

    本发明公开一种大口径预制管状构件吊装装置及方法,该装置包括承托板、支撑杆、吊梁和吊具,该方法是通过绳索将起吊设备的吊具与吊梁的上吊耳连接;通过起吊设备将吊梁吊装至大口径预制管状构件的正上方;通过若干根绳索一一对应连接在承托板的各转轴两端的绳索连接部上,将承托板穿过大口径预制管状构件,通过各块基板上的圆管及其内的转轴沿圆管所在侧卷曲使承托板贴合在大口径预制管状构件的内壁上;在承托板两侧的转轴之间的各端的支撑连接部之间卡设支撑杆;将承托板两侧的各根绳索连接在所在侧的吊梁的下吊耳上;起吊设备通过该装置对其承托的大口径预制管状构件进行吊装至预定位置。本发明吊装效率高、稳定性好。
