The invention belongs to the field of mechanical equipment control methods, and particularly relates to an intelligent control method and system for engineering mechanical equipment, and the system comprises a base arm, a first extension arm, a cargo boom, a tension detection module, a hydraulic module, a length detector, a control module, a control panel and a buzzer; the method comprises the following steps: 1, operating the engineering mechanical equipment to extend or retract through a control panel, and transmitting a command to a control module by the control panel; secondly, the control module controls the hydraulic module to work to drive the first extension arm and the cargo boom to move; 3, detecting whether the engineering mechanical equipment moves to a specified length or not through a length detector, and sending a signal to a control module to control a hydraulic system to stop working after the engineering mechanical equipment reaches the specified length; fourthly, an operator operates the control panel to control the cargo boom to hoist the object through the control module; by means of the method from the first step to the fourth step, the functions that when an operator operates mistakenly, the device automatically stops hoisting of a workpiece, and the operator is reminded are achieved.

    本发明属于机械设备控制方法领域,具体的说是一种工程机械设备的智能控制方法及系统,包括基础臂、第一延长臂、起重臂、拉力检测模块、液压模块、长度检测器、控制模块、控制面板和蜂鸣器;第一步:通过控制面板操作工程机械设备伸长或缩短,控制面板将命令传输至控制模块;第二步:控制模块控制液压模块工作驱动第一延长臂与起重臂移动;第三步:通过长度检测器检测工程机械设备是否运动至指定长度,到达指定的长度后发送信号至控制模块控制液压系统停止工作;第四步:操作人员操作控制面板通过控制模块控制起重臂将物体吊起;通过第一步到第四步的方法,实现了当操作人员操作失误时设备自动停止对工件的吊装并对操作人员进行提醒的功能。
