The two sets of bracket trolleys are arranged on the sea side and the land side of the trolley assembly respectively. The two sets of pulley blocks are arranged on the sea side and the land side of the trolley assembly respectively and located on the outer side of the bracket trolley. The tensioning traction steel wire rope is wound on the two sets of pulley blocks, and the two ends of the tensioning traction steel wire rope are connected with the two sets of bracket trolleys respectively; the first steel wire rope is connected with the landside bracket trolley and the trolley assembly; the second steel wire rope is connected with the seaside bracket trolley and the trolley assembly; the tensioning device is arranged on the outer side of the landside pulley block and is in tensioning fit with the tensioning traction steel wire rope.
