The invention provides a ship building simulation method and a ship building simulation program based on a unified database, which can simulate the building of a ship at a meticulous work level. The following steps are executed: a step (S1) in which basic design information of a ship is acquired from a unified database (10) and set as a product model represented in a standardized data structure; a step (S2) for acquiring information on equipment and operators of the plant from the unified database (10) and setting the acquired information as a facility model (12) represented in a standardized data structure; a step (S3) for generating a process model represented by a standardized data structure on the basis of the product model and the facility model (12); step (S5), performing temporal development system simulation based on the process model; a step (S6) in which the simulation result is time-series digitized and construction time-series information (51) is created; and a step (S7) of providing construction time series information (51).

    本发明提供能够以细致的作业级别模拟船舶的建造的基于统一数据库的船舶的建造模拟方法及建造模拟程序。执行以下步骤:步骤(S1),从统一数据库(10)中获取船舶的基本设计信息从而设定为以标准化的数据结构表现的产品模型;步骤(S2),从统一数据库(10)中获取关于工厂的设备与操作员的信息从而设定为以标准化的数据结构表现的设施模型(12);步骤(S3),基于产品模型与设施模型(12),生成以标准化的数据结构表现的过程模型;步骤(S5),基于过程模型,进行时间发展系统模拟;步骤(S6),对模拟的结果进行时间序列数据化而制成建造时间序列信息(51);步骤(S7),提供建造时间序列信息(51)。
