The invention discloses a molecular spring vehicle suspension integrating an elastic element and a damping element. The molecular spring vehicle suspension comprises a connecting disc, an upper bearing seat, a piston rod, a working cavity, a sealing cover plate, a piston, a damping adjusting plate, a lower bearing seat, a floating piston and a cylindrical pair. The top connecting disc is used for connecting a vehicle body (or a frame); the upper bearing seat, the piston rod, the piston, the floating piston and the molecular spring cavity are used for transmitting and bearing sprung mass; the bottom cylindrical pair is connected with the steering knuckle; the working cavity is divided into a damping cavity and a molecular spring cavity; the damping cavity comprises hydraulic oil, a piston and a damping adjusting plate and is used for generating variable damping force. The molecular spring cavity comprises water and a hydrophobic microporous material and is used for generating elastic force, and the molecular spring cavity and the damping cavity are vertically separated through the floating piston. By means of the integrated design of the damping element and the elastic element, the structure of the suspension can be simplified, light weight of the suspension is achieved, and the cost of the suspension is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种集成弹性元件与阻尼元件的分子弹簧车辆悬架,包括连接盘、上轴承座、活塞杆、工作腔、密封盖板、活塞、阻尼调节板、下轴承座、浮动活塞和圆柱副。顶部连接盘用于连接车身(或车架);上轴承座、活塞杆、活塞、浮动活塞和分子弹簧腔用于簧载质量的传递与承载;底部圆柱副与转向节相连;工作腔分为阻尼腔和分子弹簧腔两部分;阻尼腔包括液压油、活塞和阻尼调节板,用以产生可变阻尼力;分子弹簧腔包括水和疏水微孔材料,用于产生弹性力,与阻尼腔通过浮动活塞实现上下分离。本发明用于汽车悬架,阻尼元件和弹性元件的集成化设计可简化悬架结构,实现悬架轻量化,降低悬架成本。
