The remote sensing anti-overwinding protection system comprises a signal acquisition end and signal transmitting ends, the signal acquisition end is arranged on an arm head of the hoisting equipment, the signal transmitting ends are arranged on a main hook and an auxiliary hook of the hoisting equipment respectively, and the signal acquisition end and the signal transmitting ends are connected through wireless signals. The signal transmitting end is connected with the host processor through the wireless communication module. On the premise that the same function is achieved, one transmitting end is used for replacing two anti-overwinding switches, and height limiting of the main hook and the auxiliary hook is achieved. The high-frequency electromagnetic wave principle is adopted to limit the height of the lifting hook, so that a heavy hammer, a steel wire rope or a steel chain can be omitted, and the problem of height limiting failure caused by the fact that the steel wire rope or the steel chain winds a main cable is solved.

    本发明公开了一种起重设备遥感防过卷保护系统,包括信号采集端和信号发射端,所述信号采集端设置在起重设备的臂头,信号发射端分别设置在起重设备的主钩和副钩上,信号采集端与信号发射端之间采用无线信号连接,信号发射端通过无线通信模块与主机处理器连接。在实现相同功能的前提下,用一个发射端取代两个防过卷开关,实现对主勾和副勾的高度限位。该发明采用的是高频电磁波的原理,对吊钩进行高度限位,故可以取消掉重锤、钢丝绳或钢链,从而解决了钢丝绳或钢链缠绕主缆而导致高度限位失效的问题。
