The invention discloses a force-position integrated execution mechanism for automatic control of a vehicle pedal, and belongs to the technical field of automobile test equipment. The device comprises a force and position integrated electric cylinder and a pedal connecting tool, the force and position integrated electric cylinder comprises a servo motor, a transmission assembly, a piston rod, a cylinder body, a sealing gasket, a sensor and an electrical interface, and the pedal connecting tool comprises a spline lead screw, a spline lead screw nut, a fixing nut and a U-shaped connecting piece; an inner rotor of the servo motor is integrally connected with the lead screw, the spline lead screw nut is fixedly connected with the extending end of the piston rod, and the vehicle pedal is tightly attached to the pedal connecting tool through the U-shaped connecting piece. The rotor of the servo motor is integrally connected with the lead screw, so that the friction of a connecting assembly is reduced, and the transmission efficiency is improved; high-precision force-position integrated closed-loop control is realized in the electric cylinder through an integrated force sensor; through the pedal connecting tool, the direction of acting force can be limited, and the damage probability of the pedal is reduced.

    本发明公开一种用于车辆踏板自动控制的力位一体化执行机构,属于汽车试验设备技术领域。本发明包括力位一体化电动缸以及踏板连接工装,力位一体化电动缸包括:伺服电机、传动组件、活塞杆、缸体、密封垫圈、传感器、以及电气接口,踏板连接工装包括:花键丝杆、花键丝杆螺母、固定螺母以及U型连接件;伺服电机的内部转子与丝杠一体化连接,花键丝杆螺母与活塞杆的伸出端固定连接,车辆踏板与踏板连接工装通过U型连接件紧密贴合;本发明通过伺服电机转子与丝杠一体化连接,减少连接组件的摩擦,提高传动效率;电动缸内部通过集成力传感器,实现高精度的力位一体化闭环控制;通过踏板连接工装,能够限制作用力的方向,降低踏板损坏的概率。
