The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft parts, in particular to a propeller blade with a noise reduction function, a noise reduction structure is used as a filling material in the blade, and the noise reduction structure comprises an absorbing layer and a reflecting layer which are communicated with each other. According to the energy conversion principle, noise enables air to vibrate in the noise reduction layer, energy conversion occurs in the process, energy carried by the noise is converted into heat energy and deformation energy, and finally the heat energy and the deformation energy are dissipated in the blades. The aerodynamic configuration of the propeller is basically not changed, and noise generated by the propeller is effectively restrained on the premise that the aerodynamic performance of the propeller is not changed. The propeller blade with the noise reduction function is light in weight, simple in structure, free of maintenance, economical and applicable.

    本发明涉及飞行器部件技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有降噪功能的螺旋桨桨叶,在桨叶内部以降噪结构作为填充材料,所述降噪结构包括相互连通的吸收层与反射层。本发明依据能量转化原理,噪声让空气在降噪层内振动,在此过程中发生能量的转化,把噪音带有的能量转变为热能和变形能,最终在桨叶内消散。本发明基本不改变螺旋桨的气动外形,在不改变螺旋桨的气动性能的前提下,有效地抑制了螺旋桨产生的噪音。带有上述降噪功能的螺旋桨桨叶质量轻,结构简单,无需维护,经济适用。
