According to the method, the temperature possibly reached in the vehicle when the window of the vehicle is opened is predicted, and the temperature in the vehicle is adjusted according to the predicted temperature in the vehicle when the window of the vehicle is opened, so that the fluctuation of the temperature in the vehicle when the window of the vehicle is opened is avoided, the performance of a vehicle temperature control system is optimized, and the adjustment efficiency of the temperature in the vehicle is improved; and the use comfort of people in the vehicle is optimized.
