The heat exchange device is applied to the vehicle and comprises a heat exchange core body, a heat exchange loop, a cooling loop, a temperature rising loop and a valve assembly, a first heat exchange cavity, a second heat exchange cavity and a third heat exchange cavity are formed in the heat exchange core body, and heat exchange plates are at least arranged between the first heat exchange cavity and the second heat exchange cavity and between the first heat exchange cavity and the third heat exchange cavity; the heat exchange loop communicates with the first heat exchange cavity and is used for exchanging heat of a battery in the vehicle; the cooling loop communicates with the second heat exchange cavity; the heating loop is communicated with the third heat exchange cavity; the valve assembly is arranged in a pipeline of the cooling loop and the temperature rising loop and used for controlling connection and disconnection of the cooling loop and the temperature rising loop so that the first heat exchange cavity can conduct heat exchange with the second heat exchange cavity or the third heat exchange cavity. According to the technical scheme, the heat exchange structure of the battery can be simplified, the size is reduced, and large mounting space of a vehicle is prevented from being occupied.
