The invention discloses a liquid cooling heat dissipation device, a motor controller, a power assembly and an electric vehicle, and aims to improve the structural compactness of the liquid cooling heat dissipation device and improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the liquid cooling heat dissipation device. The liquid cooling heat dissipation device comprises a cover plate, a middle partition plate, a partition wall and a bottom plate, the cover plate, the middle partition plate and the bottom plate are sequentially stacked in the first direction, a first cavity is formed by a gap between the cover plate and the middle partition plate, and a second cavity is formed by a gap between the bottom plate and the middle partition plate. The separating wall is arranged between the cover plate and the middle separating plate and is used for separating the first cavity into a liquid inlet flow channel and a liquid outlet flow channel; the cover plate comprises two openings, one opening is communicated with the liquid inlet flow channel, and the other opening is communicated with the liquid outlet flow channel; the middle partition plate comprises at least one group of through holes, each group of through holes comprises a liquid inlet through hole and a liquid outlet through hole, each liquid inlet through hole is used for communicating the liquid inlet flow channel with the second cavity, and each liquid outlet through hole is used for communicating the liquid outlet flow channel with the second cavity.
