The invention discloses a truck traffic flow prediction method based on a K clustering algorithm and a neural network, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the GPS data of a truck based on a vehicle-mounted satellite positioning device of the truck; based on truck GPS data, performing statistics to obtain historical truck traffic flow data corresponding to each road section and each time period; performing clustering processing on the historical truck traffic flow data by using a K clustering algorithm; training a neural network by using the clustered historical data to obtain a truck traffic flow prediction model; and predicting a future truck traffic flow value by using the truck traffic flow prediction model. According to the invention, accurate, efficient and real-time heavy truck traffic flow prediction is realized, and a traffic scheduling scheme for the heavy truck traffic flow prediction value is provided, so that related departments can timely master the traffic conditions of related road sections, traffic operation is effectively guided based on the traffic scheduling scheme, the occurrence rate of traffic jam is reduced or even avoided, and the traffic efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, information support is provided for urban road planning, energy conservation and emission reduction.

    本发明公开了一种基于K聚类算法和神经网络的货车交通流量预测方法,包括:基于货车的车载卫星定位装置,获得货车GPS数据;基于货车GPS数据,统计获得各路段各时间段对应的历史货车交通流量数据;利用K聚类算法对历史货车交通流量数据进行聚类处理;利用聚类后的历史数据训练神经网络,获得货车交通流量预测模型;利用货车交通流量预测模型,预测未来货车交通流量值。本发明实现精确、高效、实时的重型货车交通流量预测,并提供针对重型货车交通流量预测值的交通调度方案,有利于有关部门及时掌握相关路段的交通状况,并基于交通调度方案有效地指导交通运转,减少甚至避免交通拥堵的发生率,同时为城市道路规划、节能减排提供信息支持。
