The scheme can comprise the following steps: acquiring road information collected by roadside sensing equipment; judging whether a traffic obstruction event exists in the preset road section according to the road information; if the traffic obstruction event exists in the preset road section, determining event information of the traffic obstruction event; and according to the event information of the traffic obstruction event, generating first prompt information used for indicating that the traffic obstruction event occurs at the position.
