The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted bidirectional direct current charging and discharging system and a vehicle. The system comprises a fuel cell, a power cell, a DC charging and discharging port and a bidirectional DC/DC converter, the bidirectional DC/DC converter comprises a power module, the power module is provided with a first DC end, a second DC end and a third DC end, the first DC end of the power module is connected with the fuel cell, the second DC end of the power module is connected with the power cell, the third DC end of the power module is connected with the DC charging and discharging port, and the DC charging and discharging port is connected with the bidirectional DC/DC converter. The direct-current charging and discharging port is used for being connected with external power supply equipment or external charging equipment, and the bidirectional DC/DC converter is used for controlling the fuel cell to charge the power cell when the vehicle is in a hybrid working mode, controlling the power cell to discharge to the direct-current charging and discharging port when the vehicle is in a vehicle-to-vehicle direct-current discharging working mode and controlling the power cell to discharge to the direct-current charging and discharging port. And when the vehicle is in the vehicle-to-vehicle direct current charging working mode, the direct current charging and discharging port is controlled to charge the power battery. The system can ensure the reliability of the vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种车载双向直流充放电系统、车辆。其中,系统包括:燃料电池、动力电池、直流充放电口和双向DC/DC转换器,双向DC/DC转换器包括功率模块,功率模块具有第一DC端、第二DC端、第三DC端,功率模块的第一DC端与燃料电池连接,功率模块的第二DC端与动力电池连接,功率模块的第三DC端与直流充放电口连接,直流充放电口用以连接外部供电设备或外部充电设备,其中,双向DC/DC转换器用于在车辆处于混动工作模式时,控制燃料电池为动力电池充电,在车辆处于车对车直流放电工作模式时,控制动力电池向直流充放电口放电,以及,在车辆处于车对车直流充电工作模式时,控制直流充放电口为动力电池充电。该系统可以保证车辆的可靠性。
