The invention provides a landing assisting mooring device of a skid type vertical take-off and landing aircraft, the mooring device comprises a take-off and landing platform and a support base, the take-off and landing platform is rotatably assembled on the support base, and the mooring device further comprises a take-off and landing platform rotation driving mechanism; the mooring device further comprises guide rail supporting bodies located on the two opposite sides of the lifting platform, guide rails are arranged in the guide rail supporting bodies, and each guide rail is provided with a mooring pressing module and a module driving mechanism. The mooring pressing module comprises a base and a rotating mechanism, the rotating mechanism is provided with a rotating output end, a telescopic piece is arranged at the rotating output end, and a pressing rod used for pressing the skid is arranged on the telescopic piece; the guide rail is assembled on the guide rail supporting body and provided with a guide rail lifting mechanism, and/or the swing mechanism is a lifting swing mechanism, and the mooring device comprises a control structure used for controlling all the mechanisms to act. The mooring device provided by the invention effectively solves the technical problem that the mooring device in the prior art is high in shutdown precision requirement, so that mooring fails easily.
