The adjusting assembly comprises a chain, one end of the chain is fixedly connected with a balance weight assembly, the balance weight assembly and the adjusting assembly are matched to adjust the tension degree of the carrier cable, and the strip-shaped electric conductor is installed at the bottom end of the insulating strip, so that no protruding fixing object is arranged on the strip-shaped electric conductor; therefore, the condition that the pantograph collides with the strip-shaped conductor is avoided; through cooperation of the adjusting assembly, the counterweight assembly and the control assembly, the adjustment range of the tension degree of the carrier cable can be controlled, the adjustable range of the tension degree can be changed, superposition of vibration of the carrier cable is reduced, and therefore the carrier cable is not prone to being snapped.
