The invention relates to a vehicle body part, in particular to a cast molding cabin part, a vehicle front anti-collision energy absorption structure and a vehicle, the cast molding cabin part comprises a cabin part body integrally cast and molded by aluminum alloy, and the cabin part body comprises a base plate which is vertically arranged and serves as a lower plate of a front wall plate assembly; horizontal sections extending forwards to serve as the rear section of the cabin longitudinal beam are arranged on the left and right portions of the front side of the base plate. The vehicle front anti-collision energy absorption structure comprises a front anti-collision beam assembly, a cabin longitudinal beam assembly, a front auxiliary frame assembly, a battery pack assembly and the casting molding cabin part. The front portion of the front auxiliary frame assembly is connected between the front portions of the two cabin longitudinal beam front sections, and the rear portion of the front auxiliary frame assembly is connected between the left horizontal section and the right horizontal section of the cabin piece body. A first support is connected between the rear side of the front auxiliary frame assembly and the front side of the base plate, and a battery pack box body front cross beam of the battery pack assembly is connected with the rear side of the base plate. The light weight effect can be achieved on the premise that the collision safety of strength and rigidity is improved.

    本发明涉及车身零部件,具体涉及铸造成型机舱件、车辆前部防碰撞吸能结构及车辆,所述铸造成型机舱件包括由铝合金一体铸造成型的机舱件本体,机舱件本体包括竖向布置且作为前壁板总成的下板件的基板,基板前侧左、右部设有向前延伸作为机舱纵梁后段的水平段。所述车辆前部防碰撞吸能结构包括前防撞梁总成、机舱纵梁总成、前副车架总成、电池包总成和上述的铸造成型机舱件;前副车架总成前部连接在两根机舱纵梁前段的前部之间,前副车架总成后部连接在机舱件本体的左、右水平段之间;前副车架总成后侧与基板前侧之间连接有第一支架,电池包总成的电池包箱体前横梁与基板后侧连接。其能够在提升强度、刚度的碰撞安全的前提下,达到轻量化的效果。
