The invention discloses an urban traffic signal controller control method and system based on multi-modal perception. The method comprises the following steps: clustering vehicle tracks in vehicle track data to obtain a control node boundary formed by a track dense region, and gathering intersections in the control node boundary to form a control sub-region; obtaining a topological relation between vehicle flow directions of a plurality of vehicles in the control subarea and each intersection space, and forming a trunk line control road section through intersections through which the plurality of vehicles flow according to the topological relation between the vehicle flow directions and each intersection space; according to vehicle speed time distribution in the vehicle track data, vehicle speeds are clustered, a time distribution stage corresponding to the preset vehicle speed is screened out, and according to the vehicle flow in the time distribution stage, the time distribution stage is divided into trunk line control time periods of a trunk line control road section; obtaining a release phase in the trunk line coordination direction according to the traffic flow in the trunk line control time period; and according to the maximum traffic flow in the trunk line control time period, calculating the phase release duration in the trunk line coordination direction.

    本发明公开一种基于多模态感知的城市交通信号机控制方法以及系统。方法包括:对车辆轨迹数据中车辆轨迹进行聚类,获得轨迹稠密区域形成的控制节点边界,将控制节点边界内的路口集合形成控制子区;获取控制子区内多个车辆的车辆流向与各路口空间拓扑关系,根据车辆流向与各路口空间拓扑关系,以多个车辆流向经过的路口形成干线控制路段;根据车辆轨迹数据中车速时间分布,对车速进行聚类,筛选出预设车速对应的时间分布阶段,并根据时间分布阶段内的车流量,将时间分布阶段划分形成干线控制路段的干线控制时段;根据干线控制时段内的车流量,获得干线协调方向的放行相位;根据干线控制时段内的最大车流量,计算干线协调方向的相位放行时长。
