The invention discloses an oil pressure type brake mechanism which comprises a first caliper body, a first piston, a first brake pad, a second caliper body, a second piston, a second brake pad, a first elastic sealing piece and a second elastic sealing piece. A first containing cavity and a first opening are formed in the first caliper body, and the first opening communicates with the first containing cavity; the first caliper body is provided with a first containing cavity and a first opening, the second caliper body is provided with a second containing cavity and a second opening, the second opening is communicated with the second containing cavity, the first elastic sealing piece is arranged in the first containing cavity and located between one side of the first piston and the first caliper body, and the first brake pad abuts against the other side of the first piston. The second elastic sealing piece is arranged in the second containing cavity and located between one side of the second piston and the second caliper body, and the second brake pad abuts against the other side of the second piston. The oil pressure type brake mechanism disclosed by the invention is good in safety.
