The invention discloses a variable-pitch direct-drive hybrid power composite wing vertical unmanned aerial vehicle. The variable-pitch direct-drive hybrid power composite wing vertical unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a variable-pitch direct-drive hybrid power system and a whole vertical take-off and landing fixed wing unmanned aerial vehicle carrying variable-pitch direct-drive hybrid power. According to the variable-pitch direct-drive hybrid power system, a piston engine direct-drive generator serves as a main power source, and a power lithium battery serves as an auxiliary power source and an electric energy center; the complete machine design comprises complete machine mechanical structure design, weight accounting and iteration and flight working mode design. A vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle layout combining a fixed wing with four rotors is adopted; the high-aspect-ratio wings and the large-size rotors used by the aircraft body can provide vertical lift force, and meanwhile, the vertical maneuvering time of the whole aircraft is remarkably prolonged; the variable pitch propeller propelling device directly driven by the front output shaft of the piston engine can provide horizontal pulling force, and meanwhile, the level flight cruising performance of the whole machine is remarkably improved; the reinforced spar and the wing can provide better bending resistance and torsion resistance for the aircraft.

    本发明公开一种变距直驱混合动力复合翼垂起无人机,包括变距直驱混合动力系统以及搭载变距直驱混合动力的垂直起降固定翼无人机整机的设计。其中变距直驱混合动力系统以活塞发动机直驱发电机作为主动力源,动力锂电池作为辅助动力源与电能中枢;整机设计包括整机机械结构设计、重量核算与迭代、飞行工作模式设计。本发明采用固定翼结合四旋翼的垂直起降固定翼无人机布局;机身使用的大展弦比机翼与大尺寸旋翼能够提供垂直升力,同时显著的提升整机垂直机动时间;活塞发动机前输出轴直驱的变距螺旋桨推进装置能够提供水平拉力,同时显著提升整机的平飞巡航性能;加强的翼梁与机翼能够为飞行器提供较好的抗弯抗扭性能。
