The invention relates to a foot stool assembly and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the foot stool assembly is used for being arranged on a main body of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the foot stool assembly comprises a foot stool shell and an air bag assembly, the foot stool shell is provided with a first inner cavity, and the air bag assembly is contained in the first inner cavity in a non-opening state. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle, when the unmanned aerial vehicle flies or lands normally, the air bag assembly is stored in the foot stool, when the unmanned aerial vehicle is out of control and falls, the air bag assembly is in an open state, the air bag assembly can reduce impact on the ground when the unmanned aerial vehicle lands, the falling unmanned aerial vehicle is prevented from hurting people and objects on the ground, and the internal structure of the unmanned aerial vehicle is intact; the loss of an unmanned aerial vehicle owner is reduced. Besides, the first inner cavity is defined by the foot stool shell, the air bag assembly is contained in the first inner cavity, the size of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be reduced, meanwhile, the air bag assembly does not occupy the space below the main body, meals or goods can be hung below the main body, and the meal delivery and goods delivery functions of the unmanned aerial vehicle are not affected.
