The invention relates to the related technical field of elevator traction structures, and discloses a four-quadrant delay-free heavy-load elevator traction structure which comprises a lift car body used for being connected to the bottom of a traction machine and sliding up and down, and a traction structure is arranged on the outer side of the lift car body. Traction force in the power layer in the traction structure is used as a power source, traction power is distributed into the suspension layer through the arrangement of the main rope pressing wheel and the guide rope distributing wheel, power distributed into the rope pressing wheel set and the guide wheel set is evenly distributed into the four quadrants through the four quadrants formed by the arrangement of the cross-shaped beam frame in the suspension layer, and therefore the traction force of the traction structure is greatly improved. Through the connection of the guide wheel set and the lift car rope returning wheel set, the rope returning wheel sets of all quadrants are mutually independent, the angular speed and the linear speed of a wheel train are the same, and the rotation time is synchronous, so that the difference of the lift car lifting point inertia response generated by the delay of rope tension transmission due to starting and stopping acceleration is relieved, and the safety of lift car lifting is improved. Therefore, the purpose of ensuring safe operation of the elevator is achieved.

    本发明涉及电梯曳引结构相关技术领域,公开了一种四象限无延迟大载重电梯曳引结构,本发明包括用于连接在曳引机底部上下滑动的轿厢本体,轿厢本体的外侧设有曳引结构。本发明通过曳引结构内的动力层内的曳引力为动力源,通过主压绳轮和导向分绳轮的设置,将其曳引动力分递至悬吊层内,并且通过悬吊层内十字梁架分设形成的四个象限,使分递至压绳轮组和导向轮组内的动力均分至四个象限内,通过导向轮组和轿厢返绳轮组的连接,达到了使每个象限的返绳轮组相互独立,轮系的角速度和线速度相同,转动时间同步,进而达到了缓解了因为启动和制停加速度导致绳子张力传递的延迟性产生的轿厢提拉点惯性反应的差异,进而达到保证电梯运行安全的目的。
