According to the high-reliability crane hoisting mechanism and the metallurgical ladle crane trolley thereof, a first motor and a second motor respectively drive a first primary speed reducer to work through a first brake disc coupling and a second brake disc coupling; the third motor and the fourth motor drive the second primary speed reducer to work through a third brake disc coupling and a fourth brake disc coupling respectively; the first primary speed reducer is connected with the second primary speed reducer through a third universal shaft, the first primary speed reducer is connected with the first secondary speed reducer through a second universal shaft, and the second primary speed reducer is connected with the second secondary speed reducer through a first universal shaft; the first secondary speed reducer drives the first winding drum; and the second two-stage speed reducer drives the second winding drum. The crane hoisting mechanism with the two small speed reducers is small in boundary dimension, convenient to use and maintain and low in cost.

    高可靠性起重机起升机构及其冶金铸造起重机小车,第一电机和第二电机分别通过第一制动盘联轴器和第二制动盘联轴器驱动第一一级减速器工作,第三电机和第四电机分别通过第三制动盘联轴器和第四制动盘联轴器驱动第二一级减速器工作;第一一级减速器通过第三万向轴与第二一级减速器连接,第一一级减速器通过第二万向轴与第一二级减速器连接,第二一级减速器通过第一万向轴与第二二级减速器连接;第一二级减速器驱动第一卷筒;第二二级减速器驱动第二卷筒。本发明采用两个小减速器形式的起重机起升机构,外形尺寸小,使用维护方便,成本较低。
