The invention relates to a self-locking device in an automobile sliding rail. The device comprises a screw rod which is fixed; the output nut sleeves the lead screw and rotates and slides along the lead screw; the output gear is arranged outside the output nut in a sleeving manner, and the output gear is provided with at least one convex rib; the pin is connected with the output nut, and the pin and the convex rib are located on the same circumference; when the output gear rotates, the convex rib is driven to abut against the pin, and the output nut can be driven to rotate. When the output nut rotates, the pin is driven to abut against the convex rib so as to conduct self-locking. The structure is simple, the efficiency of the output structure is high, and the motor power requirement can be reduced; the output structure can be self-locked in real time, the gear operation function and the self-locking function are separated, the strength requirement of the gear can be reduced, and then materials and the technology are optimized; the output nut is simple in structure and low in machining cost.

    本发明涉及一种汽车滑轨中的自锁装置。本发明包括丝杆,其固定不动;输出螺母,套设并沿所述丝杆旋转滑动;输出齿轮,套设于所述输出螺母外,所述输出齿轮设有至少一个凸筋;至少一个销子,所述销子与所述输出螺母相连,所述销子与所述凸筋位于同一圆周上;其中,所述输出齿轮旋转时,带动所述凸筋与所述销子相抵并能够驱动所述输出螺母旋转;所述输出螺母旋转时,带动所述销子与所述凸筋相抵,以进行自锁。本发明结构简单,输出结构的效率高,可以减小电机功率要求;输出结构可以实时自锁,齿轮运行与自锁功能分开,可以减少齿轮的强度要求,进而材料及工艺优化;输出螺母结构简单,加工成本低。
