The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique whereby a wiring member can be made stretchable with a simple structure. The wiring member is provided with: a linear transmission member (20) having a serrated section (24) extending in a serrated shape; and a base material (30) that has an arrangement surface (32) and is stretchable. The serrated section (24) is arranged on the arrangement surface (32). The substrate (30) holds the serrated sections (24) in a serrated shape.
