A freight vehicle condition and driving abnormity identification method based on multi-sensor data fusion comprises the following steps: a ground induction coil and a weighing sensor are arranged on a road or a bridge, a monitoring camera A is arranged on the road above the front side of the weighing sensor, a monitoring camera B is arranged on one side of the ground induction coil on the road, and the ground induction coil is connected with the weighing sensor; a monitoring camera C is arranged on one side of the weighing sensor on the road; when a vehicle passes through the ground induction coil, the ground induction coil generates a trigger signal to start the monitoring camera A, the monitoring camera B, the monitoring camera C and the weighing sensor to start identification and weighing work; obtaining vehicle license plate information according to an image collected by the monitoring camera A; the vehicle speed is obtained through calculation according to images collected by the monitoring camera B, and the weighing sensor dynamically changes the sampling rate according to the vehicle speed to conduct vehicle weighing to obtain vehicle weight data; and the tire deformation amount is obtained according to the wheel tire instantaneous image collected by the monitoring camera C, and the vehicle weight data is obtained in combination with the vehicle speed.

    基于多传感器数据融合的货运车辆车况及行车异常辨识方法,如下:在公路或桥梁上设置有地感线圈、称重传感器,道路在称重传感器前侧上方设置有监控摄像头A,道路上在地感线圈的一侧设置有监控摄像头B,道路上在称重传感器的一侧设置有监控摄像头C;当车辆驶过地感线圈时,地感线圈产生一触发信号,启动监控摄像头A、监控摄像头B、监控摄像头C、称重传感器,开始识别、称重工作;根据监控摄像头A采集的图像获取车辆牌照信息;根据监控摄像头B采集的图像计算获得车速,称重传感器根据车速动态变换了采样率进行车辆称重获得车辆重量数据;根据监控摄像头C采集的车轮轮胎瞬时图像获得轮胎变形量,结合车辆速度,获得车辆重量数据。
