    本发明实施例提出一种环境信息采集装置、方法、后视镜和交通设备,涉及信息采集领域。通过旋转驱动电机与传感器连接,在需要采集环境信息时,只需要控制旋转驱动电机旋转,使传感器的探测区域朝向开孔区域,传感器即可根据接收的开启指令开始采集环境信息,而不需要采集环境信息时,只需要控制旋转驱动电机旋转,使传感器的探测区域远离开孔区域,使探测区域背向开孔区域,即可使交通设备内部环境不与外部环境接触,进而能够避免外部灰尘或液体等进入交通设备内部污染传感器,增加了传感器的使用寿命,减少了对传感器性能的影响,并且,由于旋转传感器即可实现开启或关闭采集环境信息的功能,不需要再额外设置保护壳或罩体,减少了结构的复杂性。
